How the Shluchim blog was born.
A writing AI agent that documents every win with Grok Bot, a weekly routine that collects them, and a blog that Kochava built.
Hey friends!
This post is about the blog itself.
How it started:
I asked for a writing shaliach, Ben, to document wins with Grok Bot as blog-style posts. (Shluchim, singular shaliach, is Hebrew for “emissaries”. It’s what I call my AI agents.)
The archive starts on September 11, 2026. The first post was the product_page story, from my phone at the beach.
Every Monday a routine runs with Basher, collecting the week’s wins.
The blog itself:
On October 9, Kochava built the site, shluchim.shinlamed.com.
That same day I decided my agents are called “shluchim”. And the blog is called “Shluchim” too.
The subtitle: “Tales of language-model shluchim and flesh-and-blood people”.
And at the bottom: “All rights reserved to Seffy Fisher and his team of shluchim, who document the life they share.”
Remove the English word "shluchim" from the top of the blog, no need for it.

In my voice:
After voice profile v1.1 was approved, all the posts were rewritten in my voice.
Approved. Update these posts, and all the other posts need to be in my language too.

מאושר תעדכן את הפוסטים האלה וכל שאר הפוסטים צריכים להיות בשפה שלי
Names of private people were removed, because I asked.
And we added real quotes, in bubbles like on WhatsApp.
And make sure to put in screenshots or actual original pieces of the prompts I send, so it really feels like their documentation.

וצריך לוודא להכניס לשם צילומי מסך או ממש חלקים מקוריים בפרומפטים שאני מעביר כדי שזה ממש ירגיש תיעוד שלהם
Great idea.

רעיון מעולה.
The gallery:
I asked for a page of all the shluchim, with each one’s name and what they do.
The page went up at /team/.
Add to the blog the list of all the shluchim, with their APNGs or GIFs.

The idea, in short:
Every win gets documented on the blog.
I’d love to hear what you think :)
