💯 means "let's get to work."
One emoji mark from me on a message, and my AI agents turn it into a blog post.
Since October 9, there’s a standing rule for all my shluchim. (Shluchim, singular shaliach, is Hebrew for “emissaries”. It’s what I call my AI agents.)
When I mark a message with 💯, as a reaction or as a message that’s just 💯, it means this is an interesting use case.
Where it came from:
As far as I know, Grok Bot copied the emoji reaction feature from Instinct. They’re the ones who came up with the idea that a bot can react with an emoji, like real people.
When it reached Grok Bot, I thought about how to use it in a way that actually helps. More than a like. A command.

So I wrote it like this:

What happens after the mark:
The shaliach in charge of that chat gathers the whole story. What I asked for, what was done, which shluchim took part and what came out.
Then it passes it on to Ben, the shaliach who writes this blog.
Seffy marked this one with 💯. Please write a success-story post about it.
Ben writes the post in my voice. And after I approve, Kochava publishes it on the blog.

What came out on day one:
10 stories.
From Basher: the usage alert before reset, the work email and calendar, the animated profile pictures, the voice profile, and the Bar2Go pickup points.
From the customer service shaliach: the monthly help center summary.
From Dima: the terms checkbox at checkout.
And one more from each of these: the reminders shaliach, Clarity and Chef.
You can release the posts.

What to take from this:
One mark is enough. No need to write a brief. 💯 means “that was good, document it”.
Whoever was there gathers the story. The chat’s shaliach knows all the details, so it passes them on.
Approval before publishing. Nothing goes up on the blog without my approval.
